Ton rôle
Papa in Shape is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Assistant Media Buyer.
As an essential part of PIS’s acquisition team, you will support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
This role requires strong analytical abilities, solid technical skills in media buying, and a clear understanding of audience segmentation and optimisation workflows. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Manager, the Creative Strategist and the marketing team to ensure precise execution, strategic testing, and continuous performance improvement.
1. Campaign Setup & Execution
- Upload and configure ads across all relevant advertising platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are properly structured according to internal guidelines and best practices.
- Keep tracking files, reporting sheets, and data logs accurate and up to date.
- Retrieve and prepare approved creative assets from the video editor to integrate into campaigns.
2. Audience Segmentation & Targeting Support
- Assist in building audience segments based on behaviour, funnel stage, and performance data.
- Help implement personalised messaging or dynamic parameters within ad platforms.
- Support iterative segmentation improvements based on performance insights.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Monitor daily KPIs to support Performance Managers in identifying anomalies or optimisation opportunities.
- Participate in structured A/B testing (creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies).
- Update dashboards and performance trackers to ensure accurate visibility across the team.
- Assist in translating insights into actionable next steps for campaign adjustments.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with Creative Strategists to ensure all required assets are prepared and delivered on time.
- Align with Performance Managers on launch calendars, testing roadmaps, and growth pushes.
- Ensure a smooth workflow between acquisition and retention strategies when needed (audience syncs, messaging continuity, etc.).
Ton profil
- 2–4 years of hands-on media buying experience across Meta, TikTok, Google within the eCommerce sector (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel strategies, and paid media mechanics.
- Proficiency with ad platform interfaces, tracking tools, and optimisation methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with deep familiarity with KPIs and attribution models.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple accounts and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Bonus: experience in the beauty/wellness industry.
