Job description

As a Creative Strategist, you'll be working closely with the Marketing team and you will be in charge of leading the team in the creation of converting video and static ads on the various advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, ...)

Your main responsabilities will be :

Stay up-to-date with the changes & trends in the client's industry.
Piece together an engaging story/ad using text, images & videos.
Consult other video editors and content producers on marketing strategies and ads/content production.
Develop video advertisements that consistently achieve high performance scores through strategic planning.
Strategize with Media Buyers seasonal campaigns.

Expected skills :

Advanced experience in producing ads for social media platforms.
Understanding of creative research principles.
Knowledgeable in converting creative techniques and identifying successful ads.
Proficient in reading Ads Manager data for campaign planning.
Effective interpersonal communication skills.
Capable of budgeting, scheduling, and planning content production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.
Highly organized, autonomous, dynamic, proactive, and visionary.
Fluent in French 🇫🇷 and English 🇬🇧

Profile required :

🚀 You have a solid experience as a CREATIVE STRATEGIST or CREATIVE LEAD or LEAD SOCIAL ADS either in a direct response company or in agency.

🚀 You have successfully led high-impact projects in Social ADS for Meta or TikTok

🚀 You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility !
